Jazz & Blues sounds, Voodoo magic, Creole habits and Cajun traditions are being melted since centuries in New Orleans, one of the most exciting cities of the American South.
The mix of the different civilizations gave birth to jazz and zydeco music, influenced the architecture of the city as well as the local dialects and has woven the mystic atmosphere of the place. This mix has also created the unique Creole Cuisine.
French and African dishes met the recipes of the South and the local ingredients creating some of the most savory courses you have ever tasted.
Thanks to the new menu by Gastronomic Collectiva you will have a chance to “travel” to the French Quarter, taste some Gumbo and take an imaginary walk down Bourbon Street.
